Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using arosplatforms.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, arosplatforms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold arosplatforms harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
