Services

From strategyto shipped.

Eleven services, one delivery engine. Every engagement moves through the same arc, advise, build, harden, run, so nothing ships half-finished and nothing you own depends on us.

11 services, 04 phases, one arc

01, Decide what to build

Advise

Strategy and readiness work that turns AI ambition into a sequenced, fundable plan, grounded in your data, your team, and your constraints.

02, Ship the system

Build

Custom development of the system itself, copilots, agents, and retrieval pipelines engineered on your real cases, demoed weekly.

03, Make it production-grade

Harden

Evaluation, observability, governance, and adversarial testing, the unglamorous work that separates a demo from a system you can defend.

04, Operate and compound

Run

Deployment into your environment, ongoing operation if you want it, and enablement so your own team gets more fluent every quarter.

The delivery cadence

Weeks, not quarters.

The same rhythm runs every engagement: a fixed scope, eval criteria agreed before code, and a weekly demo you can judge for yourself.

scope → system → production → handover

WK 00–02

Scope & spike

A fixed plan with named outcomes, eval criteria agreed up front, and a first thin slice running on your data before the scoping ends.

WK 02–06

Working system

The system takes shape on your real cases, your documents, your metrics, demoed to you every week, not presented at the end.

WK 06–12

Hardened for production

Evals, observability, a security pass, and deployment into your cloud. The system earns the right to touch real work.

WK 12+

Owned or run

Full handover to your team, code, evals, and playbooks, or we keep operating it under a managed agreement. Your call.

FAQ

Engagement questions, answered.

Not sure which service fits? Tell us where you are in the arc and we'll map the honest starting point.

Every engagement runs the same arc: advise, build, harden, run. We scope a fixed plan with named outcomes in the first two weeks, get a working system on your real data by week six, then harden it for production, evals, observability, security, deployment into your cloud. You see progress in weekly demos, not end-of-quarter reveals.

Start anywhere. Many clients begin with a readiness assessment or a strategy sprint and decide afterwards whether to build with us. Others bring us a system another vendor left half-finished and we enter at the hardening phase. The arc describes how the work connects, not a bundle you must purchase.

You do, completely. Source code, evaluation harnesses, prompts, infrastructure definitions, and documentation all transfer at handover. We build in your repositories from day one where possible, so ownership is the default state rather than a final deliverable.

Yes. We deploy into your VPC or on-premises environment, work within your SSO and access controls, and respect data residency requirements. For regulated industries we design audit trails and human review queues into the system from the start, see our AI Governance & Compliance and Platform Deployment services.

Our products are pre-shaped systems for specific verticals; our services are how anything gets fitted, extended, or built from scratch. Both run on the same architecture, so a custom build sits beside a product deployment without a seam, and your team operates one stack, not two.

Evaluation criteria are agreed before we write code, and the first weeks produce a thin working slice on your data, so performance is measured early, against your standard, not asserted at the end. If the honest answer at any checkpoint is that the approach will not clear the bar, we tell you and adjust scope rather than push a failing build to production.

Wherever you are in the arc, we'll meet you there.

A strategy question, a half-built system, or a platform that needs running, tell us where you are and we'll map the honest next step.
