Unlike large consulting companies, the engineers who scope your project build it: fixed scope, transparent pricing, weekly demos, and full ownership of the code and models transferred to you. Every engagement runs the same arc: advise, build, harden, run. We scope a fixed plan with named outcomes in the first two weeks, get a working system on your real data by week six, then harden it for production, evals, observability, security, deployment into your cloud. You see progress in weekly demos, not end-of-quarter reveals.

Start anywhere. Many clients begin with a readiness assessment or a strategy sprint and decide afterwards whether to build with us. Others bring us a system another vendor left half-finished and we enter at the hardening phase. The arc describes how the work connects, not a bundle you must purchase.

You do, completely. Source code, evaluation harnesses, prompts, infrastructure definitions, and documentation all transfer at handover. We build in your repositories from day one where possible, so ownership is the default state rather than a final deliverable.

Yes. We deploy into your VPC or on-premises environment, work within your SSO and access controls, and respect data residency requirements.
