arosplatforms ("arosplatforms", "we", "us") is an AI consultancy based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit arosplatforms.com, contact us, or engage us for AI strategy and development work.

For consulting engagements, the personal information we process on behalf of a client is governed by the agreement we sign with that client (including any Data Processing Addendum); in those cases the client is the data controller and we act as a processor under their instructions.

Information you give us

When you fill in a form (contact, demo request, free SaaS stack audit, or job application) or email us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, message, and any links or attachments you choose to share. Stack-audit requests are emailed to hello@arosplatforms.com for sales follow-up you asked for.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, primarily to keep the site secure, reliable, and to understand aggregate usage. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

Information from an engagement

During a project we may be given access to client systems and data. We only use that data to deliver the agreed work, under the terms of our engagement, and we do not use client data to train models for other clients.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
• To deliver, support, and improve our consulting work and our website.
• To send you relevant updates where you have asked us to, or where we have a legitimate interest and you can opt out at any time.
• To keep our systems secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on the basis of: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business (balanced against your rights); and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, under contracts that require them to protect it, including:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Email delivery and analytics providers.
• Professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction, with notice where appropriate.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to maintain our business records, and to meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We are based in Canada and work with clients and providers in other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe. See our Security page for more.
