Scoring methodology
Six dimensions, equal weight: strategy, data, infrastructure, governance, security, and operating model. Two questions each. Each answer is 0, 1, 2, or 3. A dimension score is the sum of its two answers divided by 6, shown as a percentage. The overall score is the average of the six percentages.
Bands: under 40 Foundational, 40 to 59 Developing, 60 to 79 Operational, 80 and above Scaled. The bands are this tool’s scale. They are not a peer benchmark, not a named client’s result, and not a certification.
The instant score is the number and the six bars. The report adds a reading of the lowest dimensions and a 90-day sequence with planning ranges. A facilitated assessment, where we sit in the workshops, is a different product and is priced separately.
Microsoft AI readiness assessment, and this one
Microsoft publishes an AI readiness assessment aimed at adopting Microsoft cloud, Copilot, and the surrounding stack. It is a useful vendor questionnaire if Azure is already the decision. It is a poor instrument if you have not chosen a vendor, or if the real constraint is an operating model rather than a license.
This scorecard does not ask which Microsoft product you plan to buy. It asks whether anyone can kill a use case, whether the records are usable, whether you can deploy and roll back, whether decisions are governed, whether data is leaking into public tools, and who owns the system after go-live. You can take the result onto Azure, AWS, or a stack you already run. If you want the Microsoft-shaped version, take theirs as well. They answer different questions.

A facilitated assessment, with arosplatforms in the workshops and a written readout your leadership can use, is a fixed fee between $15,000 and $35,000. Scope is the number of business units and systems, agreed before work starts. That is the same band we publish on this service. It is not an invoice for a company we have not met.
If the readout says you are ready to build, a production system on our public pricing runs $100,000 to $350,000. The 90-day roadmap inside the report uses those published ranges as planning numbers. Your number comes after a scope, not from this page.

It scores strategy, data, infrastructure, governance, security, and operating model, and the report is a 90-day sequence you can run on any stack, including Microsoft if that is what you already have.
- What do I get without an email?

- How is the score calculated?
- Twelve questions, two per dimension, each scored 0 to 3. A dimension is the sum of its two answers divided by 6, shown as 0 to 100. The overall score is the unweighted average of the six dimensions. Bands are Foundational under 40, Developing 40 to 59, Operational 60 to 79, and Scaled 80 and above.
- Is the benchmark a peer study?
