AI Consulting across APAC
Singapore, Australia, Japan, and India, with production AI deployed in-region and owned by your team.

Singapore's privacy law, designed in
On the ground across
Asia-Pacific is not one desk. Singapore is the region's governance hub. Australia runs a services and resources economy under the Privacy Act. Japan pairs a pro-deployment stance with APPI. India now has the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and a localisation question on almost every multi-country programme. A system that treats those as one 'APAC policy' fails the first real review.
arosplatforms builds the operating system, the agents, and the workflow automation, then leaves them in your cloud. We work the time zone the desk actually keeps, meet on the ground for discovery and the decisions that should not be a call, and run the build remotely so the week does not stall. This page is the delivery map: four places, four rule sets, one team. The regulatory map for the same region is linked from the city sections below.
If the records cannot support the system, we say so in the first weeks. If they can, we ship a fixed-scope workflow and the documentation your security and privacy leads will actually read.

Compliance context
Frameworks we design around from day one, so nothing gets retrofitted later.
Services we deliver in Asia-Pacific
The work most relevant to Asia-Pacific's industry mix, from first strategy through systems running in production.
Industries we serve in Asia-Pacific
We staff the overlap with Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, and India business hours, and we travel for discovery and the workshops that should happen in the room. Every system deploys in your own in-region cloud. Residency is an architecture decision, not a setting we flip at the end.
Discover
On the groundWe meet your team locally to map the highest-leverage problem and the data behind it.
Build
In your cloudWe engineer, evaluate, and harden the system inside your environment, not ours.
Run
Owned by youYou get the code, the weights, and the documentation. We can run it or hand it over.
Four APAC desks, not one regional template
Each section below is the work we actually see in that market. The rules are the local ones. The system still has to be owned by the team that runs it on a Tuesday. The regulatory overview is AI consulting in APAC. If you are still deciding whether a build should start, the AI readiness assessment scores six dimensions before you fund one.
Singapore
Singapore is where regional headquarters put the governance standard. PDPA and the Model AI Governance Framework are the baseline, and the MAS-regulated firms in the CBD expect model documentation and a human on the decision. one-north and the NUS / NTU research bench are why the talent conversation is easy and the production conversation is not.
Typical first systems: research and policy copilots over the firm's own documents, onboarding and KYC support, and an operations agent that writes back to the system of record. Data stays in the client's own Singapore region.
Australia
Sydney and Melbourne carry the banks, insurers, professional firms, and a large services back office. Resources and logistics sit alongside them, and the Privacy Act plus sector rules (APRA for the regulated firms) decide what an AI system is allowed to touch. We do not treat Australia as a smaller Singapore.
The leverage is in document-heavy operations: claims and policy packs, contract review, and planning for operators who already have the telemetry and no one reading it. Deployment is in the client's Australian cloud region.
Japan
Japan wants practical deployment, not a strategy tour. APPI sets the privacy line, and the manufacturing, automotive, and trading companies in Tokyo already run on systems that do not forgive a sloppy integration. University of Tokyo and the industrial labs are deep. The gap is a workflow a plant or a desk will leave switched on.
We start with one line or one desk: inspection support, document extraction from the quality system, or a planning copilot that respects the existing MES or ERP. Japanese business hours, in-region hosting, and a named owner on the client side.
India
Bengaluru and Mumbai are where product companies and global capability centres ask for a system their overseas client, or their own regulator, can inspect. The DPDP Act changed consent, accountability, and where personal data can live. A model trained on a dump that nobody classified is not a head start.
The work is usually an internal operating system for a GCC, a support or finance workflow with an audit trail, or a product feature that has to leave the demo environment. We design for DPDP localisation where it applies and we deploy in-region. The Indian Institutes and IISc are the talent context, not a claim that we employ them.
AI consulting in Asia-Pacific, answered
This page is Singapore, Australia, Japan, and India. Those four are where we are asked to ship most often. Other APAC countries get the same delivery model, scoped to that country's privacy and residency rules, not a copy of the Singapore design.
Only if residency and transfer rules are designed per country. Singapore PDPA, India's DPDP Act, and Japan's APPI do not collapse into one control. We deploy in your cloud in the region the data has to stay in, and we document the boundary.
The market page is the regulatory map. This page is where we deliver: the cities, the desks, and the systems. Start at the market page if you are choosing a region. Start here if you already know the country and want the work.
Same shape as the rest of our work: a readiness assessment or one production workflow is a fixed fee, agreed before we start. A multi-country rollout is scoped after a discovery call, because residency and the number of systems change the build. We do not run open-ended retainers.
Yes. If the records, the access, or the owner of the workflow are not real, we say so and point you at the readiness scorecard. Shipping a demo on data nobody can stand behind is how these programmes die.
