Rohan leads product and engineering at arosplatforms. He started the company in 2024 on a simple conviction: most AI work fails not because the models are weak, but because the systems around them are never built to last. A demo that dazzles in a meeting is not the same as a system that holds up under real data, real load, and the messy edge cases a business actually produces. He builds for the second one.

His approach is engineering-first and hands-on. He owns the hard architectural decisions, writes code, and stays close to the parts of a build that decide whether it ships or stalls: evaluation, observability, failure modes, and the unglamorous plumbing that keeps an AI system honest in front of users. He would rather ship something narrow that works every time than something broad that works in a slide deck.

He also runs the company itself, which to him is the same discipline applied to people and process: clear ownership, senior hands on every project, and no gap between the person who promises the work and the person who builds it. The result he cares about is a system the client can run and own long after the engagement ends.
